Our company has a product support lifecycle policy that includes an End of Support (EOS) term. This policy takes effect starting from the product version release date, with an EOS period of 36 months. Once a product version reaches EOS, we will stop providing any form of support, including updates, patches, and customer service, and will discontinue the sale or development of the software.
