Position Overview
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is eager to learn, think critically, and grow in a dynamic environment. Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- User & Product Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs and product principles, ensuring the delivery of product features that best reflect the product concept and user experience.
- UX Strategy & Product Concept: Transform complex product principles into intuitive, scalable workflows, ensuring user-centric solutions and practical user interaction.
- UI Experience & Web Usability Optimization: Create UI structure, interaction patterns, and workflows for data-driven web applications. Design intuitive dashboards, function panels, and data interfaces that enhance usability across various user roles. Ensure best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and data interaction, supporting complex filtering, visualization, and management tasks.
- Aesthetics & Functionality in Data Platforms: Balance clarity and flexibility in a data platform where explaining unique features, structuring multi-step pipelines, and adapting to diverse data use cases are key challenges. Craft compact, adaptable UI layouts that simplify complex workflows while maintaining usability across various data scenarios and automation processes.
- Industry & Business Insights: Research industry trends and business insights relevant to client industries to improve design efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Implementation: Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the smooth implementation of company policies and design strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in system design or software product design.
- Background in user research, product concept development, or technology research.
- Knowledge of data pipelines is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design or Product Design roles.
- Ability to define product value and establish clear design criteria.
- Hands-on experience with design guidelines, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of web interface design and key technology concepts.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, including design thinking methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design work, handle design critiques, and provide constructive feedback.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team environment.
