Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our enterprise data solutions. This role involves designing and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate is methodical, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement.
Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans with the Test Manager / Test Lead to ensure thorough system testing.
- Track testing progress, address issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
- Create and execute structured test cases based on system requirements and prototypes.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure system efficiency.
- Document and report test results, defects, and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to define and execute test strategies that align with product development goals.
- Maintain and enhance testing documentation following organizational standards.
- Research and apply new testing methodologies to improve processes and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
