We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Representative to join our growing team and drive growth through strategic key account management.

Position Overview:  

As a Senior Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with key accounts. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, selling our Data Lakehouse platform, and driving adoption to help clients maximize the value of their data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, R&D, data, and support team, to ensure customer success and long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Manage and deepen relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring a clear understanding of client business objectives and technical needs. - Sales Leadership: Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. Meet and exceed revenue targets by driving platform adoption and expansion within key accounts. - Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage our Big Data analytics and Data Lakehouse platform to solve business challenges. - Solution Presentation: Present the features and benefits of our platform in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Also work with a pre-sale engineer team to support the deep-technical part). - Customer Insights: Gather and share customer feedback with the product team to influence future platform development and enhancements. - Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and our organization. - Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting on account activities and pipeline progress.   Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, big data, analytics, or related technology solutions. - Proven track record of managing key accounts and closing complex, high-value deals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-suite and technical stakeholders. - Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. - Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse platforms, Big Data analytics, and data-driven solutions is a plus. - Experience selling Hadoop platforms, data warehouses, or cloud data lakehouse solutions, or related technologies is a plus
