Position Overview:
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of Big Data solutions for mid-to-large organizations. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical leads and teams to deliver Big Data solutions for mid-to-large organizations.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Define project goals, establish timelines, and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or leading Big Data projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Experience in managing Big Data and analytics projects is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
