Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Channel Partner to join our growing team at Blendata. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will collaborate closely with executives, sales, marketing, and product teams to design go-to-market strategies and ensure our partners are equipped for success.

As a key member of the business development team, you will help shape partner engagement strategies, evaluate performance, and continuously identify new business opportunities. You should have solid experience in channel management or sales, combined with a passion for technology solutions and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business opportunities and revenue.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Onboard new channel partners and provide support, training, and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for all products and services.
  • Research and analyze new business opportunities and assess risks and benefits of each initiative.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales tools, marketing materials, and event content that drive partner engagement.
  • Represent Blendata at partner meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Actively engage in sales planning, pipeline reviews, and regular status updates.

Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or sales (experience with technology products or services is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex partnership dynamics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
